I recently completed a course by Katherine for my ongoing long term binge eating disorder which has consistently plagued me on and off since childhood. Katherine took the time to listen and evaluate what best suited for this and treated me accordingly. Katherine’s kindness and support through this process has been phenomenal. When I first went for hypnotherapy, I was apprehensive but open minded. I had never had hypnotherapy before, nor had I ever considered it. Around 16 months ago, I was buckling under the stress of work and things going on in my personal life. I was anxious and depressed, and it got to the point where I wasn't sleeping. I am also a worrier (about health, family issues etc) and all of this then led to nightly panic attacks. Eventually, I dreaded sleep through fear of having another episode, and my 'down time' stopped feeling like 'down time'.
Katherine listened to my problems and helped me turn this around. After just a few sessions, and some handy relaxation techniques, I started to notice a difference. Now, after 16 (ish) sessions I feel like I have gained a new (and more positive) outlook on life. I am sleeping normally, I'm no longer anxious at work, and I have found confidence in myself I didn't know I had. Hypnotherapy did more for me than I ever thought it would, and Katherine is a true professional who listens to her clients' needs and goes above and beyond to help them.
All I would say to anyone considering this kind of treatment is, keep an open mind, don't over think it, and give yourself to the process. If you do, the results might just surprise you, and my outcome has been astonishing.
Take it from me, it has changed my life for the better and it could change yours too. I really can't thank Katherine enough.

I started seeing Katherine late May and in only three sessions I’ve seen immense progress. In all the types of therapies I have undertaken for my anxiety in the past this by far has been the most effective.

I cannot recommend Katherine enough. I have recently seen her for three phobia sessions in relation to my emetophobia. I can’t explain how much of an impact she has had on my life. I wanted to write a review about my experience with Katherine.
When I went to her, I felt sad, lost, unmotivated, had terrible anxiety, was just unhappy.
I have been having sessions online via Zoom, which is convenient for me and in my own home setting so made it easier for me to settle into the sessions. I find the sessions are like a breath of fresh air. I always feel amazing after and truly rested. After my third session, I really felt a difference in myself. My mindset and mood felt so much more positive and I felt happy within myself. As I had more sessions, I was able to achieve so much - two stone weight loss and I stopped smoking after eight years of smoking. I have become so much more active, so much more productive. These sessions have helped me so much and I am excited for the future now. Thank you.

I had sessions with Katherine as a trial to see how the process worked over Skype and I have to say it exceeded my expectations and after only two sessions I was already spending my week thinking of positive things rather than being negative. The trance sessions were very effective and being someone who sleeps badly I found I could easily fall asleep using the download. Katherine has helped me to understand both the primitive as well as the intellectual parts of my brain to unlock the reasons why I react to food in the way that I do. She has shown me that by acknowledging my happiness quotient I can affect my desire to eat, which has always been my reward for doing a task rather than the task being the reward. I regularly assess now what has made me happy over the last week and has increased my endorphin hormone that keeps me on a natural high.
Since consulting with Katherine I have reawakened a desire to write that I stopped doing 15 years ago and have since drafted 5 new children's stories and re-evaluated my poetry by bringing it up to date. Without Katherine's expert sessions this would have continued to gather dust. Instead it has given me so much pleasure to restart (sky-high endorphins).
The trance part of the sessions does empty your stress bucket and refreshes you. I occasionally snored, which I'm assured is totally OK. For a further de-stress Katherine supplies a download for you to listen to at home. This really does put me to sleep (she has that kind of voice) quickly at the start of a restful night.
